The 2017 Global Fleet Conference hosted fleet managers and stakeholders with multinational responsibilities from June 6 to 8 in Miami, Fla.
The conference featured educational sessions for a record 300 attendees on corporate case studies of best practices in global fleet management, and regional fleet market reports coupled with abundant networking opportunities and peer-to-peer interaction.

Highlights of the conference included in-depth regional fleet market reports for Latin America, Australasia, and Europe presented by in-country subject-matter experts.
The opening keynote presentation for the two-day event was a state of the global economy from G. Mustafa Mohatarem, Ph.D., chief economist for General Motors. The second day featured a keynote from Kevin Mulcahy senior director – future of business for Tata Consultancy Services on the impact of disruptive technologies in global fleet management.
The conference featured two evening networking events. On the first night of the conference, LeasePlan USA and LeasePlan International hosted a dinner cruise. On the closing night, Donlen and Athlon Car Lease International hosted the “Night on the Town Dinner” networking event held at Nikki Beach.
The Global Fleet Conference is co-produced by Bobit Business Media, publisher of Automotive Fleet, and Nexus Communication, publisher of Fleet Europe magazine. The next conference will be held May 29-30, 2018, in Rome, Italy.
