Sharon Dudley-Parham, assistant brand manager, alternative-fuel vehicles for GM Fleet and Commercial Operations, has been elected as the marketing chairperson and a member of the board of directors for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Clean Cities Organization. Dudley-Parham, who succeeds GM’s Ken Stewart, will serve a two-year term. Clean Cities is a national organization sponsored by the DOE that currently consists of nearly 80 coalitions with 4,400 stakeholders in 39 states. Clean Cities follows the latest trends in alternative-fuel and advanced technology vehicles, identifies new technologies, and influences both policymakers and the public about the viability and necessity of such vehicles and the technology that drives them.
