KelleyAmerit Fleet Services Merges with Kelley Fleet Services

WALNUT CREEK, CA - KelleyAmerit Fleet Services, Inc. and Kelley Fleet Services, LLC announced that the two have merged. The companies will now both operate under the KelleyAmerit Fleet Services (KAFS) name.

The companies said that this merger combines Kelley’s expertise in fleet maintenance services with KelleyAmerit’s capacity for business process efficiency and “best-practices” execution.

KAFS said it promises a seamless transition for existing customers, with no change in terms, account services, or technical expertise. The companies said thiw merger brings greater financial strength and stability, a more scalable, nationwide footprint and expertise in the management and maintenance of alternative fuel vehicles.

Additionally, KAFS stated it now offers a broader range of management and optimization services, including parts and fuel procurement programs, standardized shop management and safety practices, labor tracking, and workforce optimization.
