PRINCETON, N.J. - Tyco International has announced that George Ellis has joined Tyco’s Corporate Supply Chain team as senior director, global fleet management. The company said Ellis will be based in Princeton, N.J. and will report to Jaime Bohnke, Tyco International, vice president, supply chain management.
Bohnke said Ellis will be responsible for directing and leading the global procurement of fleet operations services ($300M+ spend) for all Tyco businesses globally, developing and deploying a “One-Tyco” Fleet Shared Service operation, and serve as representative on Vital World. Ellis will also help develop a framework for the company’s learning and development platform in supply chain.
Ellis joins Tyco from Raytheon Company where he has served as director, operations/integrated supply chain and director of enterprise logistics.
