The new address is: PHH Arval, 940 Ridgebrook Road, Sparks, MD 21152. All of the phone numbers remain the same, including the local headquarters number, (410) 771-1900 and the toll-free number, 800 ONLY PHH.

The new address is: PHH Arval, 940 Ridgebrook Road, Sparks, MD 21152. PHH employs approximately 1,000 people in its headquarters location. The new building, developed for PHH by Partners Realty Trust, Inc., is situated on 55 acres in The Highlands Office Park in Sparks. It has over 200,000 square feet of space on three floors, and was designed and constructed by Opus East LLC.
