Wheels Wins Two Stevie Awards
Wheels’ Process & Quality Management (PQM) Team was awarded the silver Stevie in the Customer Service Team of the Year category and the 2019 Wheels Results+ Fleet Performance Summit was awarded the bronze Stevie in the Corporate & Community, Customer Engagement Event category.

Wheels, Inc. won silver and bronze Stevie Awards in the 18th Annual American Business Awards.
Wheels’ Process & Quality Management (PQM) Team was awarded the silver Stevie in the Customer Service Team of the Year category, according to Wheels. The PQM team are key figures of the Wheels 360+ Quality Assurance Program.
Meanwhile, the 2019 Wheels Results+ Fleet Performance Summit was awarded the bronze Stevie in the Corporate & Community, Customer Engagement Event category. During this two-day event, more than 180 fleet professionals gathered to showcase client success stories and share best practices with peers.

These values are our guiding principles for delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers,” said Ahsan Rahim, chief operating officer at Wheels. “It is an honor to be recognized for our accomplishments and commitment to keeping our clients’ businesses moving.”
The American Business Awards are the USA’s premier sales, business development, contact center and customer service awards. More than 3,600 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition.
Final judging was performed by a select committee of more than 230 professionals worldwide.
