Fiat Chrysler Automobiles is recalling an estimated 3,005 2020 Jeep Wrangler vehicles because the left side lower control arm bracket and weld may be incorrectly positioned.
With this scenario, the lower arm control may separate from the axle, which increases the likelihood of a collision.
To fix the problem, FCA will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the front axles, replacing them as necessary, at no cost to owners.
The recall begins March 14. Owners can reach FCA customer service at (800) 853-1403. FCA's reference number for this recall is W01.
