True fleet registrations in the United Kingdom slipped 0.03% in June, preventing three consecutive months of growth for the region, according to a report from Dataforce.
Leading registrations in the fleet market in the U.K. was Volkswagen, which was secured by a positive month for the brand, according to Dataforce. This was followed by BMW in second for the most fleet registrations in June, and then Opel in third place.
Meanwhile, luxury vehicles posted positive numbers for the month of June, and were up 50.6% compared to the same time last year, and were 14% up year-to-date, reports Dataforce. Hybrid version of this type of vehicle, including the BMW 5, are helping contribute to the growth.
The total market was just shy of 235,000 registrations for the month of June, according to the report from Dataforce.
