Merchants received a 94% satisfaction rating for providing great challenges to their employees, and also received a 94% satisfaction rating for employees feeling an overall sense of pride in the organization.

Merchants Fleet Management has been certified as a great workplace today by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work for the third year in a row, the fleet management company announced.
The company was bestowed the honor based on extensive ratings provided by employee surveys. A summary of these ratings can be found here.
Merchants received a 94% satisfaction rating for providing great challenges to their employees, according to the FMC. Merchants also received a 94% satisfaction rating for employees feeling an overall sense of pride in the organization.
Merchants Fleet Management employees completed 256 surveys, resulting in a 90% confidence level and a margin of error of 2.97%.
