In Memoriam: Richard Herbst Jr.

Richard Herbst Jr., director of strategic accounts for PHH Vehicle Management Services, died April 13, 1998, while on vacation in Australia.

Herbst joined PHH in 1979 as a truck coordinator in the Truck Services Division. He was promoted to buyer specialist in 1980, account executive in 1982, senior account executive in 1986, and director of strategic accounts in 1991.
