The Abu Dhabi police is testing the $3.3-million (AED12.5-milliion) Lykan Hypersport with the hope of adding it into is fleet of luxury patrol cars, according to a report in arabianbusinsess.com.
The car is considered the third most expensive in the world, and only one of seven existing units, according to the report.
The limited-edition supercar, which is produced by the United Arab Emirates (UAE)'s W Motors, can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 2.8 seconds and has a top speed of 240 mph. The car is equipped with a twin-turbo, flat-six, 3.8L Porsche engine, which produces 770 hp and 737 lb.-ft. of torque, according to the report.
If the vehicle is purchased, it will serve alongside Abu Dhabi Police's Rolls Royce Phantom, Ferrari FF, and Lamborghini Aventador.
