Vodafone's New Zealand arm has partnered with fleet management company International Telematics' (ITL) in a five-year agreement which will see both companies leverage each other's' international presence to grow in specific markets, according to a report by PC Advisor.

ITL offers asset location monitoring and security, driver behavior reports, and environmental impact assessments using machine-to-machine (M2M) technology. It operates in Australasia, North America, and Europe, according to the PC Advisor report.

Vodafone's M2M platform will first be utilized in ITL's well-established regions, including Australia and North America, and will expand as the company grows, according to the report.
