PARS (Professional Automotive Relocation Services), a provider of fleet vehicle transport and logistics solutions and an RPM company, announced the appointment of Caroline Costello as vice president of sales and client relations.
In this role, Costello will lead PARS’ sales strategy, client engagement, and account management functions, with a focus on expanding strategic partnerships and delivering high-performance fleet transport solutions that meet the evolving needs of commercial fleet operators.
Costello has experience in fleet, automotive, and transportation logistics, with a focus on scaling growth and driving commercial transformation. She most recently served as executive vice president at ALTEN Technology USA, where she led an automotive business unit within a global engineering services organization, developed a go-to-market strategy, expanded strategic accounts, and increased revenue growth.
“Caroline brings a strong track record of driving growth across fleet, automotive, and transportation logistics,” said Lori Rasmussen, president of PARS. “As fleet operations become increasingly complex, her experience scaling commercial organizations and deepening client partnerships will complement the foundation we've built, as we continue to expand our capabilities and accelerate growth.”
At PARS, Costello will be responsible for leading national sales strategy and revenue growth initiatives, overseeing key client relationships and enterprise accounts, and aligning sales, operations, and logistics capabilities to deliver road-ready vehicle solutions tailored to client requirements. She will also play a key role in expanding PARS’ market presence through strategic partnerships and industry engagement.
PARS Appoints Caroline Costello
“PARS and RPM together create a uniquely powerful platform across fleet, automotive, and transportation logistics,” said Costello. “The combination of RPM's scale, technology, and global capabilities with PARS' strong client relationships and operational expertise creates something greater than the sum of its parts. I'm excited to build on that momentum and help accelerate our next phase of growth.”
Costello’s background includes extensive experience working with fleet operators, OEMs, and mobility providers, where she has led initiatives focused on operational efficiency, service delivery, and scalable growth. Her leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and a strong client-first mindset.
Her appointment follows PARS’ integration into RPM, which expanded the company’s transport logistics offerings to include both driveaway and carrier transport services.
