Is there a fleet leader whose legacy continues to resonate across the industry? Here’s the chance to recognize them.
Nominations for the 2026 Fleet Hall of Fame are now open.
The Hall of Fame awards are prestigious and highly regarded by industry professionals in the corporate and commercial fleet world. The awards are presented by Automotive Fleet and sponsored exclusively by the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA).
Initially launched in 2008, the Hall of Fame acts as a way to recognize and celebrate professionals who have dedicated over a decade to the industry.
“I promise I will continue to provide the same level of support offered to me to anyone who asks, “said Oleg Cytowicz in his acceptance speech last year. “This honor isn’t just a reflection of my journey — it’s a celebration of everyone who helped me along the way. Thank you for making this ride so far unforgettable.”
In addition to online balloting, nominees will now be assessed annually by a judging committee. Nominations close on June 25.
Those honored in the Hall of Fame are the industry’s best. They represent and embody uplifting leadership, lasting change, and leading influence that inspires others in the field.
Last year’s winners include:
Laura Jozwiak:Jozwiak’s leadership at Wheels was instrumental in navigating major industry changes over the last 24 years, including large-scale mergers, where she helped align teams and guide clients through transformation. Widely respected for leading with clarity, compassion, and conviction, she has left a lasting impact on both the organizations she served and the broader fleet community. She is also a board member for Auto Driveaway Systems.
Oleg Cytowicz: During his more than 30-year career, Oleg Cytowicz built a reputation for steady leadership across global operations and OEM relationships. Throughout his tenure at Lever Brothers, Unilever, and Volvo, he emphasized the importance of people, processes, and collaboration, helping to shape more effective fleet strategies and operations.
Lisa Kneggs: Kneggs has been involved with fleet for three decades; her career began at Pizza Hut when she took on the fleet. From there, she went on to work for Yum Brands, managing 1,700 Sedans for 12 years. She now works as a fleet manager for Farmer Brothers Coffee.
If someone you know has:
Over 10 years of fleet industry experience
Made a significant impact on fleet operations, strategy, safety, or innovation
Shaped the careers of others through mentorship and leadership
Then they deserve consideration for this honor.
Inductees will be announced at the 2026 AFLA Corporate Fleet Conference, to be held Sept. 27-30 in Las Vegas, Nevada, with the theme "Strategy Over Chance: Driving Fleet Confidence."
