The redesign process involved extensive user interviews, research, and a comprehensive usability study. Key features of the new website include:

Dealers Auto Auction provides a wide range of auto remarketing services to dealers, sellers, and buyers. It has 10 locations including Atlanta, Chattanooga, Cincinnati, East Tennessee, Huntsville, Jackson, Little Rock, Memphis, Mobile, and Murfreesboro.
