Dealers Auto Auction Group Acquires Atlas Auto Auction
The southeastern U.S. independent auction vehicle wholesaler now spans 10 locations after its second acquisition this year.

The Dealers Auto Auction Group, a leading independent vehicle wholesaler with in-lane and on-line services, expands into the Little Rock, Arkansas, market with the acquisition of Atlas Auto Auction on Oct. 27.
After adding the Little Rock location, Dealers Auto Auction Group (DAAG) will operate a footprint of 10 locations throughout the southeastern U.S. The company is based in Franklin, Tennessee,
Matt Lovelis, owner and operator of Atlas Auction, has served the greater Little Rock area dealers since its inception. “Our dedication to God, the tools He supplies along with hard work, loyalty, and commitment of the wonderful employees of Atlas Auto Auction have made our success all possible," Lovelis said in a news release. "We want to thank our wonderful dealers. We are fortunate for our strong relationships. We will continue to serve our dealers in the same manner they are accustomed to under the Dealers Auto Auction brand."
David Andrews, CEO of Dealers Auto Auction Group, added, “As a premier auction service provider, DAAG listens to our customers and continues to expand DAAG’s ability to provide services and facilities to additional key markets across the United States. DAAG continues to leverage traditional auction venues with new technology to create strong participation and interaction between our In-lane and On-line buyers and sellers”.
“This is the second acquisition this year for Dealers Auto Auction Group," said Warren Byrd of Keyscore Consulting, who was instrumental in putting this deal together. "Having played a key role in both of these acquisitions, I've been proud to be a part of their continued growth," added Byrd, a veteran auction industry advocate who spent decades negotiating acquisitions and building auctions.
Dealers Auto Auction Group was started in 2001, with its first auction in Horn Lake, Mississipi. DAAG’s now 10 auction locations in the Southeast also include: Dealers Auto Auction Atlanta, Dealers Auto Auction of Jackson (Mississippi); Dealers Auto Auction of Memphis, Murfreesboro and Chattanooga, all in Tennessee, and Dealers Auto Auction East Tennessee; Dealers Auto Auction of Huntsville and Mobile, both in Alabama; Dealers Auto Auction of Columbia, S.C.
