Inducted at the recent Global Fleet Management Conference in Miami, the four honorees are recognized for effectively leading the global fleet challenge and sharing their industry knowledge, best practices, and expertise.
The nominees are leaders whose careers have impacted the fleet management profession. Three individuals inducted this year will join the Fleet Hall of Fame.
The Fleet Hall of Fame honors and recognizes fleet industry leaders and pioneers who have contributed significantly to the commercial fleet management profession through proactive engagement, novel solutions to new and perennial challenges, and generally being recognized as a leader among their peers, coworkers, and from the greater fleet industry.
Now in its ninth year, the Global Fleet Conference offers attendees opportunities to foster learning and forge connections with high-level professionals from around the globe in a setting that encourages alliance-building and the exchange of ideas, resources, and industry knowledge.
Over 500 fleet professionals from around the world responded to the news that "Automotive Fleet" editor Mike Antich was awarded the 2021 Ed Bobit Industry Icon Award.
The criteria for the Global Fleet Hall of Fame comprise those regarded as industry leaders by their peers; those who have shared industry knowledge, best practices, and expertise; and who proactively promoted the concept of global fleet management.
Elizabeth "Bette" Natoli, Frank Grochal, and Carolyn Edwards were inducted into the Fleet Hall of Fame at the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association annual conference.
Three all-new global fleet industry honors will be presented October 28 at the Global Fleet Management Conference in Miami., which will be held Oct. 26-28. The three awards are the Global Fleet Icon Award, the Global Fleet Visionary Award, and the creation of the Global Fleet Hall of Fame. The awards are exclusively sponsored by Polestar.
Nominations for the 2021 candidates for the Fleet Hall of Fame are now being accepted. The deadline to nominate is June 1, 2021. Please fill out our brief questionnaire to submit your nominees. Inductees will be announced at the 2021 AFLA conference.
