MT. LAUREL, NJ - Ted Davis has joined ARI as its U.S. Call Center Department Head. He previously served as Vice President of Fleet Management and Logistics at Garda Cash Logistics, Inc., a multi-national armored cash transit organization. In his new role as Call Center Department Head, Davis will be responsible for directing operations and managing more than 300 ASE technicians at ARI's three U.S. call centers in Maple Shade, N.J.; Grapevine, Texas; and Houston. These call centers manage repairs, breakdowns, accident response, preventative maintenance, and other driver needs.
Davis has more than 12 years of industry experience, according to the company. Prior to his role at Garda, Davis held various management positions during a 12-year career at Ryder Systems. Davis earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Kennedy Western University and served in the United States Marine Corps for six years.
"We're thrilled to have Ted join the ARI family," said Bob White, Senior Vice President of Fleet Services. "His background in leasing, logistics and operations will be a huge asset to our call centers and ARI as a whole. We are confident that Ted's expertise will further enhance our ability to deliver the industry's highest level of service to our clients."
