Volvo's commercial sales team named its new commercial fleet manager Erik Asplund earlier in the year following a reorganization at Volvo Car USA.

Erik Asplund, commercial fleet manager, Volvo Car USA
Asplund joined Volvo Car USA as the team’s commercial fleet manager in July and reports to Jeffrey Pugliese, Volvo's director of commercial sales. Asplund's joined to fill a role created to help develop and grow Volvo’s fleet sales in the U.S.
Asplund's responsibilities in his new role include the delivery of fleet assets, rental, budgeting, forecasting, and future objectives which all fall under commercial sales. Pugliese oversees the larger umbrella that makes up commercial sales at Volvo Car USA which includes fleet, rental, CPO/remarketing, partner and retail programs.
Reporting to Asplund are Matt Falcone and John Kending, who are both fleet account managers for Volvo Car USA. Falcone said their duties are not divided by any particular region of the U.S, that they serve where the business takes them.
In the senior support specialist role is Stacey Vigiletti, also reporting to Asplund, who most recently came over from serving as a Volvo Cars incentive analyst of variable marketing.
The team has a combined Volvo experience of over 80 years and are looking forward to further advance this year’s triple digit growth and continue to maintain a high level of service to all their clients.
