Verizon Connect has begun offering roadside assistance to customers of its Reveal telematics platform that helps connect administrators and their drivers to around-the-clock assistance. Customers can use a live map or the field app to access the service.

Roadside support is available for towing, locksmith, battery boost, fuel delivery, winch service for light-duty vehicles, and a tire change.

The service, which is available anywhere in the U.S., is being rolled out as an option for new and existing customers. It's also available for heavy-duty vehicles.
