Venchurs offers a new price point for its CNG conversion systems for 6.2L Ford F-250 and F-350 pickup trucks.
Venchurs Vehicle Systems, a Qualified Vehicle Modifier of CNG conversions for Ford Motor Company, announced a new price point for its CNG conversion system (bi-fuel and dedicated) for 6.2L F-250 and F-350 pickup trucks. The company said the 23.5 GGE system uses a new tank from 3M and will be priced at $8,350.
"We believe that our new price point will help move the industry forward, increasing the speed of adoption by fleet customers and retail customers alike" said Jeff Wyatt, CEO of Venchurs Vehicle Systems. "We have been working with companies like 3M to reduce the overall cost of conversion. With our new pricing, customers can reduce the amount of time it takes to see a return on their investment and ultimately make converting to CNG a financially viable option.”
The company said the bi-fuel system provides drivers with a combined range of more than 675 miles and the ability to switch, on the fly, between fuel types.
Venchurs noted its vehicles are available for order through Venchurs’ ship-thru location in Louisville, Ky., or its remote ship-thru location in Adrian, Mich. Venchurs added customers can order additional accessories, such as bumpers, wheels, tires, and brush guards through the company. For fleets interested in testing the vehicles, Venchurs offers a short-term demonstration program. For additional information, visit www.VenchursCNG.com.
