VehicleStore.com & National City Introduce Dealer-to-Dealer Wholesale Site
John Russo, vice president of Tactical Computer Company, announced Feb. 26, 2003 the debut of a new online wholesale automotive marketplace for vehicle dealers, wholesalers, and lenders. The Internet site is a classified directory that will feature thousands of vehicles from dealers, lenders, and remarketing companies all over the United States. National City Corporation, one of the nation's 10 largest banks, will be posting thousands of their off-lease, repossessed and recreational vehicles to the site. National City will also be promoting the site to their network of 3,200 dealers. VehicleStore.com is only open to authorized auto dealers and does not charge any registration or buyer fees to dealers seeking to purchase vehicles. Dealers can upload and sell an unlimited number of vehicles for a base monthly charge of $399.
