The five best-selling plug-in EVs in the U.S. in 2014 were:
1. Nissan LEAF
2. Chevrolet Volt
3. Tesla Model S
4. Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid
5. Ford Fusion Energi
Worldwide plug-in EV sales numbered 283,202 in 2014, according to the report.
