Toyota has revealed new updates for the 2021 Camry including updated safety technology, an updated touchscreen infotainment setup, and has also made several changes to its trim levels.

All 2021 Camry models debut the Toyota Safety Sense 2.5, the automaker’s newest version of driver assist technology suite that includes upgrades to systems such as the pedestrian-detection and adaptive cruise control functions, Toyota announced. Also now standard on the 2021 Camry is a new floating multimedia screen in seven-inch or nine-inch sizes,

Toyota also revealed that the LE trim will now serve as the base model for the Camry, eliminating the L trim. The 2021 Camry hybrid is also now available as the sporty XSE trim. Meanwhile, the Camry TRD will be getting newly standard equipment for 2021 including blind-spot monitoring and heated mirrors.

Also new for 2021 are new wheel designs and color options. Toyota said production of the 2021 Camry starts in October.
