Toyota Motor Sales USA is recalling approximately 230 2016 model-year Sienna minivans because they may be equipped with incorrect front seat belt height adjuster assemblies mounted to the center-pillar.
During a severe crash, the incorrect height adjuster could separate. As a result, the seat belt may not properly restrain the occupant, increasing the risk of injury, Toyota said.
Dealers will replace the height adjusters with new ones, free of charge.
