Toyota is recalling 25,552 2015 model-year Sienna minivans because the second-row overhead assist grips may detach if the curtain shield air bags deploy during a crash, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports.
The recall, set to get under way in mid-January, affects vehicles manufactured from Sept. 2 to Nov. 14 of this year. To fix the problem, dealers will modify the headliner near the grips. There will be no charge for this service.
