Theresa Belding was named fleet manager for Exact Sciences, a molecular diagnostics company with an initial focus on the early detection and prevention of colorectal cancer that is headquartered in Madison, Wisc.

Theresa Belding was named fleet manager for Exact Sciences, a molecular diagnostics company with an initial focus on the early detection and prevention of colorectal cancer that is headquartered in Madison, Wisc.
Belding, who assumed this position in February 2021, will manage the Exact Sciences fleet remotely from St. Louis, Mo.
Exact Sciences’ Fleet program is a combined program of company provided vehicles and auto allowance for approximately 900 employees.
“The fleet is growing every day and I am very excited to help them build their fleet program. They are doing some really exciting things with cancer detection and testing to help customize cancer treatments,” said Belding.
In 2011, Belding was awarded the AF Professional Fleet Manager of the Year Award, which was instituted in 1985 by Automotive Fleet magazine, The award is co-sponsored by Wheels Inc. and the Automotive Fleet and Leasing Association (AFLA). In addition, Belding served as AFLA president from 2011-2012.
Prior to joining Exact Sciences, Belding worked as director, fleet services for AbbVie, which acquired Allergan where Belding earlier also worked in the capacity of director fleet services, managing a $44 million fleet budget. Belding continued as director, fleet services through a series of serial acquisitions that started when Actavis (formerly Watson) acquired Allergan, after acquiring Forest Pharmaceuticals. Belding worked for the combined companies for 29 years.
