“Now that the platform and business model are ready we are very happy to announce that Paul Marais, (CEO of Telematics Tracking) and his team have become Imarda’s first franchisee,” said Selwyn Pellett, Imarda CEO. “Originally Paul approached us looking for a hardware solution. When he saw the full capability of the i360 platform in conjunction with Imarda’s hardware and the supporting business model he immediately entered into serious discussions about a franchisee partnership.”
Paul Marias added: “We are excited to be able to offer such a feature-rich and highly configurable solution to our customers across Africa. We are looking forward to taking Imarda’s i360 to market and are particularly pleased to have found a solution that was hardware agnostic, allowing us to upgrade existing customers using their currently installed hardware. We believe we now have a significant competitive advantage and a bright future as Imarda SA Technologies (Pty) Ltd. As a regional player we could never have sustained the R&D effort to build a platform like i360”
