Indian automaker Tata Motors has opened a flagship showroom and service facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Manahil International Company, a unit of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi & Brothers Group (MYNG) and the sole authorized distributor of Tata Motors Ltd in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has opened the state-of-the-art showroom and service facility in Riyadh. This facility is officially one of the largest facilities in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) and a statement of commitment from Tata Motors Ltd and Manahil International in expanding their base in the kingdom.

“Saudi Arabia is a focus market for Tata Motors and this is one of the major steps in our strategic expansion plans in the kingdom to ensure quality sales and after sales experience for our customers. The team is highly skilled and trained by Tata Motors to equip the respective work force with latest methodical approach, systems to ensure efficient and effective solutions to ever evolving customer needs and requirements,” said R. T Wasan, head of International business, Commercial vehicles Business Unit.

The facility is located near the Industrial Area (Exit-18, Eastern Expressway), with a display area to showcase the entire range of products from Tata Motors and a 40-bay workshop fully equipped with most modern equipment & trained technicians to attend to every need of the customers. A fleet of mobile service vehicles are also available to do onsite service.

“The facility speaks for its caliber that is reflected by the team that has been placed in this 3S facility. Today, the automotive sector is very dynamic and prone to progression. Manahil International is planning to expand the network for Tata Motors to cover the entire Kingdom so that we get closer to customer in every location to ensure efficient operation of the vehicles. If you don’t ensure to surpass the customers’ expectations, you will lose the grip and soon you will go off the track,” said Abdul Wahab Itani, senior vice president, Automotive division, Manahil International Company.
