Repairing over 79,000 cars a year, Sterling has attracted the highest possible rating of A+ for its network of 62 stores. Businesses are rated on 17 elements, including the length of time in operation, overall complaint history with the BBB, and whether consumer complaints have been resolved in a timely manner and in good faith.
"BBB accreditation indicates that Sterling Autobody Centers has agreed to adhere to the BBB accreditation standards, which sets the business apart from their competitors," said Kevin J. Sanders, president and CEO of BBB serving eastern Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont and Rhode Island.
"Receiving Better Business Bureau accreditation and an A+ rating affirms the commitment that each Sterling employee has made to deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences and reliable, quality repairs with the highest degree of integrity and trustworthiness," said, Nick Notte, Sterling Autobody president.
