Applicants with a seminar idea and/or a speaker are invited to submit an abstract for consideration through the homepages of each conference. For the Global Fleet Conference, the deadline for submissions is May 31. The call for papers for the Fleet Forward and Fleet Safety Conferences is June 30.

The Global Fleet Conference will be moving from Miami to San Diego this year. Launched in 2013, this conference offers opportunities to network with representatives from major global fleet suppliers and OEMS, to get expert advice and innovative insights on global fleet issues, and to experience vehicles and fleet technologies.

Matthew Betz has been named chair of the 2024 Global Fleet Conference

The Fleet Forward Conference is designed to deliver fleets solutions on electrification, connected vehicles, autonomous technology, last-mile mobility, IoT, shared mobility, Fleet Management as a Service, and next-generation telematics.

The Fleet Safety Conference brings education from experts in fleet safety, with content focused on reducing driver distraction, safety technologies, driver risk profiling, safety training, limiting fleet liability, and tools to enhance your overall safety. Speaker proposals should address any current safety challenges and trends or practical educational topics that enhance fleet safety.
