PHH Promotes Cieslak, Kimberling, and Moran To Vice President

PHH Arval announced the promotion on February 18 of William F. Cieslak, David L. Kimberling, and Kimberly K. Moran to vice president. William F. Cieslak, vice president, Vehicle Operations, is responsible for the company’s Used Vehicle Sales department. He came to PHH in 1986 when the company acquired Avis Leasing Corp., and has been a force behind PHH’s Used Vehicle Sales area. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. David L. Kimberling, vice president and associate general counsel, is responsible for a number of PHH’s legal issues, including complex client agreements and risk management issues. Before joining PHH in 1998 he worked as counsel for a dealership group in Northern Virginia. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a B.A. in economics, and the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. Kimberly K. Moran, vice president, Financial Operations, is responsible for PHH’s billing functions, personal property tax, and manufacturers’ incentives and receivables. She joined PHH in 1987, left in 1996 to work for AT&T Capital and Lange Management, and returned in 2000 to head the Financial Operations area. Moran received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and her MBA from Loyola College in Baltimore.
