PHH announced the addition of two new Vehicle Accident Services reports to PHH InterActive, its Web-based fleet information management system. These reports allow fleet and risk managers to evaluate both driver and PHH performance on a real-time basis, with up-to-the-minute information available 24 hours a day. “The two new reports — the first such reports available online on-demand — allow users to benchmark their fleets by miles driven (the most accurate method of analyzing driver performance) and evaluate the cost savings realized by PHH's damage specialists in managing accident repairs and replacement rentals, said David Zuidema, vice president of PHH Customer & Vehicle Services. “Both of these reports are designed to enhance a fleet or risk manager’s ability to effectively evaluate performance.” All of the reports on PHH’s Report Catalog are updated in real time and easily accessed. “Fleet and risk managers can call up summary, detail and trending information on their fleet accident performance — including the hard-dollar costs savings that PHH has saved them — whenever they want,” added Zuidema.
