PHH Arval’s Ennis to Speak at 2009 Strategic Outsourcing Conference

SPARKS, MD - Rita Ennis, senior vice president, Human Resources for PHH Arval, will be one of the featured speakers in the Conference Board's 2009 Strategic Outsourcing Conference in Dallas, Texas, on September 24-25.

The theme of the Conference is "Maximizing Outsourcing Strategies in Challenging Times," and Ennis will be presenting on The Future of Human Resources Outsourcing. She will outline emerging human resources organizational trends and alternative service delivery models, and discuss how to leverage these resources to craft a more strategic HR function.
In addition, Ennis will also be part of a panel of experts talking about the current macroeconomic state and how it factors into outsourcing considerations.

Ennis has been a strategic leader at PHH Arval since she joined the company in 1986, and has been its senior HR leader for a decade. She is responsible for all strategic human resource activities in support of PHH's business goals. Ennis was named an HRO Today Magazine "HRO Superstar" of 2007, 2008 and 2009 for her expertise in HR outsourcing, and is a frequent speaker on a range of human resources and business topics.
