PHH Arval announced on Nov. 21 that it plans to relocate to a new custom office building in Sparks, MD, a few miles from its current headquarters in Hunt Valley.
PHH Arval announced on Nov. 21 that it plans to relocate to a new custom office building in Sparks, MD, a few miles from its current headquarters in Hunt Valley. Groundbreaking is tentatively scheduled to take place this year, with move-in for the company’s 1,000 employees projected to occur in early 2004.
The new building will be more than 200,000 square feet and located on Ridgebrook Road in the Highland Office Park in Sparks.
“As a result of our continued growth and our aggressive plans for the future, PHH has decided to upgrade to a new workspace for our U.S. headquarters,” said George Kilroy, president and CEO of PHH. “The new site will provide enhanced amenities for our people, the flexibility and space for more effective ways to serve our clients, and the opportunity to expand with future growth.”
