SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval, a subsidiary of PHH Corporation, has announced that it has signed an agreement with J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., by which J.J. Keller will provide regulatory compliance services for PHH clients.

PHH Arval provides comprehensive services to fleets, including fleets with vehicles that are over 10,000 lbs. gross or combined weight, which are categorized as commercial vehicles and subject to regulatory compliance laws. Now, J. J. Keller will enhance PHH's offering by providing its comprehensive U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulatory compliance and vehicle legalization services suite to PHH clients. This includes the full spectrum of driver qualification services, vehicle regulatory compliance services, risk mitigation, and on-site client consulting and assessment. In addition, PHH Arval's solution includes services such as permitting, tax filings and hours of service compliance.
