SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval recently hosted representatives from the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) at its offices in Sparks, Md. The APO is a business association dedicated to helping improve the socioeconomic development of countries in Asia and the Pacific by enhancing productivity.

Representatives from Japan, Korea, Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Taiwan talked with PHH's Senior Leadership Team about the business environment in their countries, and examined PHH's productivity measures, customer service initiatives, and benchmarking capabilities. The APO chose PHH as an example of a premiere service provider and model of excellence in the U.S. They also visited the Brookings Institute and the US Department of Labor in Washington, D.C.
