SPARKS, MD- PHH Arval has been named to the InformationWeek 500, an annual listing of the most innovative users of business technology. The 2010 list was revealed September 15 at an awards ceremony at the InformationWeek 500 Conference in Dana Point, CA.

PHH's most recent business technology innovations include:

·       The industry's first in-house Innovation Center, a research and development team dedicated to advancing new technologies to improve fleet performance. The Innovation Center led the marketplace in introducing a mobile application for fleet drivers, PHH ConnectSM.

·       A new North American vehicle ordering platform, PHH FleetSelectSM, that is innovative in its ease of use, increased accuracy through "touch-less" vehicle ordering, and state-of-the-art online vehicle ordering capabilities for fleet drivers.

·       Enhanced capabilities for PHH Onboard®, the telematics service that increases driver productivity and safety while reducing fleet costs.

·      A technology dashboard focused on process improvements. The tool sees where every fleet transaction (e.g., processing of a vehicle title, accident repair, or vehicle order) is 'in flight' and enables supervisors to adjust work flow to keep delivery of every transaction on track.

Kim Hearn, PHH Arval's chief information officer, said, "We are honored to be included in this list, as it validates PHH's commitment to pioneer thinking. As we continue to develop and introduce solutions to the marketplace, we remain focused on helping our clients achieve business value by making their drivers and fleet vehicles more productive."

InformationWeek identifies and honors the nation's most innovative users of information technology with its annual 500 listing.  Additional details on the InformationWeek 500 can be found online at www.informationweek.com/iw500 <http://www.informationweek.com/iw500> .
