For the fifth consecutive year, on Aug. 28, 2003, PHH Arval has been awarded the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).

Every PHH Vehicle Maintenance Assistance technician is ASE-certified, while 45 percent are Master Technicians, meaning they have received at least eight certifications in specific automotive categories. In PHH’s Vehicle Accident Services area, 100 percent of the specialists who negotiate and authorize claims are ASE-certified in collision. The majority also hold ASE certification in mechanical repairs, truck repairs, and damage analysis and estimating. PHH’s ASE certifications cover the full range of cars, trucks (light, medium and heavy-duty), and buses.
