PHH Arval Receives ASE Blue Seal of Excellence Award
PHH Arval announced Aug. 19 has been awarded the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). This award honors organizations whose technicians continually strive for increased quality and expertise.
PHH Arval announced Aug. 19 has been awarded the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). This award honors organizations whose technicians continually strive for increased quality and expertise. According to the company, all of PHH’s Vehicle Maintenance Assistance technicians are ASE-certified, and of those, 45 percent are Master Technicians – they have received at least eight certifications in specific automotive categories. In addition, PHH claims that in their accident management area, 100 percent of the specialists who negotiate and authorize claims are ASE-certified in collision as well as mechanical repair. PHH’s ASE certifications cover the full range of cars, trucks (light, medium and heavy-duty), and buses.
