PHH Arval has promoted Frank Bagdon, Kim Hearn, Barry Kirk, Janet Pelzel, and Joshua Stuart to the position of vice president.
PHH Arval has promoted Frank Bagdon, Kim Hearn, Barry Kirk, Janet Pelzel, and Joshua Stuart to the position of vice president. Frank Bagdon, vice president, credit, is responsible for PHH's credit risk management activities. He joined PHH in 1988 from Commercial Credit Co., where he had been director of credit. Kim Hearn, vice president, technology management, is responsible for all aspects of PHH's technical architecture and strategy, including desktop support, network infrastructure, server platforms, telecommunications, systems operations, and disaster recovery. She joined PHH in 1988 from Citicorp. Barry Kirk, vice president, applications development, is responsible for all application development and support, including internal and external Web development, client server, and mainframe development and support. He joined PHH in 1992 from Penn Traffic Corp. Janet Pelzel, vice president and associate general counsel, is responsible for a number of PHH's legal issues, including complex client agreements and due diligence reviews and assessments. Before joining PHH in 1998, she was legal counsel for First National Mortgage Corp., a subsidiary of First National Bank of Maryland (now AllFirst Bank). Joshua Stuart, vice president, enterprise architecture, is responsible for PHH Arval's North American enterprise architecture, the framework that supports PHH's technology systems and applications. Prior to joining PHH in 1997 as a management consultant, he worked for AdvancePCS and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maryland.
