SPARKS, MD — George Kilroy, president and CEO of PHH Arval, announced on January 10 that K. Paige O'Neill has been named senior vice president, marketing. O'Neill will be responsible for the company's marketing efforts designed to implement PHH's growth strategy. O'Neill comes to PHH after eight years at Oracle Corporation, where most recently she was senior director of Oracle On Demand Marketing (Oracle's brand name for its outsourced services). During her tenure at Oracle, she helped make Oracle On Demand the company's fastest-growing business. Her expertise includes go-to-market strategy, product management, product marketing, messaging, and communications. She has focused much of her career on emerging markets and technologies, and on creating new product and service categories in areas such as Internet technology, electronic commerce, wireless, and most recently outsourcing. Before joining Oracle, O'Neill held a variety of marketing and communications positions at several leading technology companies including IBM, where she helped launch IBM's Internet Division and its first products in electronic commerce. In addition, she has served on several advisory boards for start-up technology companies in the telematics and enterprise software markets. Originally from Kentucky, O'Neill received her B.A. in political science from the University of Kentucky.
