PHH Arval Names Keilty Chief Operating Officer
SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval has promoted Thomas W. Keilty to chief operating officer. The new title is in addition to his current role as a senior vice president and member of the company's senior leadership team.
SPARKS, MD–PHH Arval has promoted Thomas W. Keilty to chief operating officer. The new title is in addition to his current role as a senior vice president and member of the company's senior leadership team. He is responsible for all of the company's operations in both the United States and Canada.
Tom Keilty joined PHH Arval in 1995 as manager, Title Services. His leadership responsibilities grew steadily to include numerous other areas of customer & vehicle services. Keilty was named senior vice president in 1999. Before joining PHH, he gained more than 12 years of customer service and operations management experience at various organizations, including American Express.
Keilty is a graduate of the University of Utah, with a B.S. degree in Finance.
