Companies across the industry have appointed new leaders and announced various appointments over the last three months. Most recently, five new changes have come up in the commercial fleet realm:
Anna Maria Pellegrino was named Chief Financial Officer at Montway Auto Transport.
Jami Kilpatrick was named Chief Revenue Officer at ACERTUS.
Clay Corbus was named President and CEO at Clean Energy Fuels.
Tony Herget was named Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Montway Auto Transport.
Stephanie Wilkinson was named Chief Customer Officer at PrePass.

Montway Auto taps Anna Pellegrino to steer financial strategy and growth as the company scales its logistics and technology footprint.

Montway Auto appointed Pellegrino as the chief financial officer (CFO), overseeing finance, accounting, and pricing functions. Pellegrino is focused on strategic growth initiatives.
"Anna Maria knows exactly how to scale complex businesses, making her the perfect leader to accelerate our current momentum," said Tom Gartland, Chairman and CEO of Montway Auto Transport. "Her expertise in M&A and operational excellence will strengthen our position as the industry navigates rapid technological change and ongoing market uncertainty."
Pellegrino is planning to scale operations, integrate M&A, and optimize cost-to-serve. She brings experience leading 13 acquisitions and generating more than $500M in enterprise value.
“Montway sits at a fascinating intersection of logistics and technology, and the opportunity here is tremendous,” said Pellegrino. “My goal is for finance to serve as the economic engine room, a navigator identifying the most profitable routes for Montway's future.”
Jami Kilpatrick steps in as ACERTUS’ chief revenue officer, focused on aligning sales and customer experience to accelerate growth.

ACERTUS named Kilpatrick as the chief revenue officer (CRO); she will lead all revenue-generating functions, aligning sales, business development, and marketing. She has nearly 30 years of experience, including leadership roles at UPS.

“As CRO, Jami will focus on deepening ACERTUS’ customer relationships and ensuring our commercial execution is built to scale for the long term,” said Michael DeLuca, CEO of ACERTUS.

Clay Corbus takes the helm at Clean Energy Fuels, aiming to expand renewable natural gas solutions and long-term value.

Clean Energy Fuels named Corbus the new president and CEO. Corbus succeeds longtime CEO Andrew Littlefair, who led the company for 30 years. Corbus will focus on advancing renewable natural gas solutions and brings 19 years of company experience, including leadership in corporate strategy, M&A, and RNG operations.
“His diverse experience… will allow him to bring a fresh approach to the company, with a focus on growth and delivering long-term value,” said Chairman Stephen Scully.
“I’m excited to tap into the strong existing leadership bench at Clean Energy to formulate a plan for the company’s future and work with the entire talented, hardworking team as we continue to grow our renewable natural gas platform, serve our fleet customers, and take the company to the next level,” said Corbus.

Tony Herget joins Montway Auto to strengthen strategic partnerships and drive efficiency for large-scale automotive clients.

Montway Auto also appointed Tony Herget as vice president of strategic partnerships, where he will focus on enterprise dealer group partnerships and high-volume automotive clients. The role is focused on improving inventory visibility, cost control, and logistics efficiency. He brings 25+ years of experience, including 15 years at CARFAX.
“I’ve seen firsthand how inefficient logistics can stall a group's growth,” said Herget. “Their technology and commitment to innovation are exactly what national dealer groups need to stay competitive.”
Stephanie Wilkinson takes on the chief customer officer role at PrePass, prioritizing fleet experience and long-term customer success.

PrePass named Wilkinson as the chief customer officer (CCO). Wilkinson will oversee the full customer lifecycle, focusing on improving fleet customer experience, retention, and measurable outcomes. She brings 25+ years of experience in SaaS and customer operations, including Adobe.
“As we continue to expand our solutions and national footprint, elevating the customer experience is paramount,” said Chris Murray, President of PrePass.
“Customers are at the heart of everything we do… My commitment is to ensure every fleet we serve experiences… a true partnership,” said Wilkinson.
This collaboration brings together Shell’s scale and expertise with HPC’s merchant-funded discount network and certified minority owned supplier credentials.
PARS has appointed Caroline Costello as vice president of sales and client relations, where she will oversee sales strategy, client engagement, and account management as the company continues to expand its fleet logistics services.
