"Dallas offers great advantages that align with our long-term business vision," said CEO John Graham. "Our new headquarters location places us closer to many of our fleet customers to ensure we can quickly and efficiently meet their evolving mobile technology needs."
Omnitracs is relocating its Roadnet, Sylectus, and FleetRisk Advisors busines units and its nearly 700 employees. The company offers its OmniTRACS mobile information system as a software-as-a-service solution to more than 3,800 commercial fleet customers operating 500,000 vehicles around the globe.
The company will rent out its locations in San Diego and Baltimore following the move. Visit the company's website here.
