NTEA Convention/Show to Hold 30+ Seminars
The 39th Annual National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) Convention and Work Truck Show will feature more than 30 industry-specific educational sessions for fleet professionals. The convention will take place March 2-5, 2003, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
The 39th Annual National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) Convention and Work Truck Show will feature more than 30 industry-specific educational sessions for fleet professionals. The convention will take place March 2-5, 2003, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta.
The sessions will address general business practices, fleet management, maintenance tips, profitability, and other topics. New this year will be a roundtable session for fleet manager attendees on March 3, 2003, to discuss topics including vehicle acquisitions and spec’ing, maintenance, vehicle disposal, and financing.
The Work Truck Show portion will be held March 3-5, and will feature Class 1-8 equipment from more than 450 suppliers, including 11 of the world’s leading chassis manufacturers. These companies will conduct update sessions concerning changes to existing models, product development, chassis specifications, design, body installation, and equipment mounting.
The following 11 manufacturers will be presenting: Dodge; Ford Trucks; Freightliner Trucks; GM Commercial Trucks; International Truck & Engine Corp.; Kenworth Truck Co.; Mack Trucks, Inc.; Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc.; Nissan Diesel America, Inc.; Peterbilt Motors Co.; and Sterling Truck Corp. & Western Star Trucks.
