Nissan North America is recalling 33,880 2015 model-year Rogue SUVs because of a problem with the shift selector knob, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said.
Drivers may be able to shift out of the “park” position without depressing the brake pedal – a condition that fails to conform to federal safety standards, NHTSA said. This could lead to the vehicle unexpectedly rolling, creating a crash risk.
