New Purchase Order System Added to ARI Insights
MT. LAUREL, NJ – ARI's new purchase order system saves users time and provides overall greater efficiency to fleet managers through simultaneous PO processing and search capabilities.
MT. LAUREL, NJ – Automotive Resources International (ARI) has announced a new purchase order (PO) system within ARI insights, its Web-based fleet management system. The new capability brings time savings and overall greater efficiency to fleet managers through simultaneous PO processing and search capabilities, the company said.
According to Bill Kwelty, senior vice president and chief information officer for ARI, fleet personnel can more quickly authorize and decline POs. "Most often fleet personnel review the maintenance history of a unit before making a decision, so this feature provides another place within the Web site for them to complete the process," he said.
This new capability is part of ARI's continuous improvement plan for its Web-based fleet management system.
"While ARI delivers all of the data and tools necessary for a fleet manager to monitor and report on a fleet operation in one place, customer-focused features like the PO system, our customizable dashboard and other simplified navigation traits are critical to quick decision making," Kwelty said. "Our Customer Technology Advisory program allows us to stay in the forefront of technology to provide the most useful and easiest-to-use online tool."
