JERSEY CITY, NJ – The National Safety Council (NSC) has recognized New Jersey City University for its significant improvement in fleet safety performance, according to Patrick Bartole, CAFM, fleet manager at the Department of Facilities and Construction Management for New Jersey City University.

The National Fleet Awards Program's Significant Improvement Award acknowledges National Safety Council member organizations with fleets that have reduced their number of preventable collisions a minimum of 20 percent based on a comparison of previous year experience.
