NETS Offers Free Online Anti-Distracted Driving Toolkit for Employers

VIENNA, VA - The toolkit is designed for use during Drive Safely to Work Week, a campaign designed to promote safe driving habits by company employees.

VIENNA, VA - The Network of Employers for Traffic Safety (NETS) has partnered with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) to offer a free anti-distracted driving toolkit for employers. This toolkit is part of the Drive Safely Work Week campaign.

The free tool kit provides employers with Web-based resources to support targeted activities for each day of the campaign week. The materials also encourage employers to position their organization as a corporate role model in their respective communities.

According to NETS, in 2010, nearly 5,000 organizations participated in Drive Safely Work Week, reaching more than 20 million employees.
